If you're a first-time landlord or dealing with an eviction, I found a great resource. Traci from landlord locker room/eviction expediters, helped me through an eviction, walking me through every step in addition to providing general self-managing advice......Lastly, even though I did it myself, I would not have been able to without the help of Traci. Traci, you have no idea how much of a relief you provide to us. I had been searching through the City of Phila website, waited on hold for 2 hours to talk to someone (who ended up telling me nothing and was rude to me the whole time) after I couldn't figure it all out on the site, and was starting to ask anyone I knew if they had any ideas for what to do.
