❓How is this different from a property manager?Property managers take over your rentals. We empower you to run your business smarter — with support, strategy, and systems — while you keep control (and your profits).

❓Do you manage properties?No. The main difference between us and traditional property management is we don't collect rent or act as the primary contact for your tenant. We leave those tasks up to you, although we can draft letters and send documents for electronic signature on your behalf. Instead, we give you the tools, knowledge, and service connections you need to stay in control of your rental — without feeling overwhelmed or on your own. However, if professional management is what you prefer, we can refer you to one of our trusted affiliate property managers specializing in your area.

If you're a first-time landlord or dealing with an eviction, I found a great resource. Traci from landlord locker room/eviction expediters, helped me through an eviction, walking me through every step in addition to providing general self-managing advice......Lastly, even though I did it myself, I would not have been able to without the help of Traci. She was a calm presence and spoke to me over the phone at 8pm when I had been calling attorneys all day. She's a seasoned pro and her rate is beyond reasonable.

The Landlord Locker Room is amazing! I attempted to start my journey in rentals by acquiring licensing and for months was lost in the process with all the hoops and obstacles of paperwork and various websites of PA jurisdiction. I worked with Traci and she immediately grabbed the steering wheel and got me back on the right path! She helped me from point A-Z or in my case point chaos to the finish line! Traci, you have no idea how much of a relief you provide to us. I had been searching through the City of Phila website, waited on hold for 2 hours to talk to someone (who ended up telling me nothing and was rude to me the whole time) after I couldn't figure it all out on the site, and was starting to ask anyone I knew if they had any ideas for what to do. Then I spoke to Noah B. who gave me your name, and after a quick call with you everything became a thousand percent easier. You told me what to do, you were quick to reply and take action, and you kept me informed the whole way.
