OUR EVICTION SERVICE INCLUDES:

Expedited processing of your Eviction Diversion application. Applications are submitted within 24 hours of receipt of all requested information. We handle the entire process, including sending the notice to your tenant and attending the mediation conference to attempt an amicable resolution.

Eviction strategy session to discuss your issues, options, and preferences. We'll help you come up with strategic options for your specific circumstances and ways to minimize the impact. No cookie cutter strategies.

Ongoing and responsive advice and support throughout the entire eviction process. We keep you updated and informed.

Expedited filing of your eviction complaint and securing a court hearing date. Evictions are typically filed with the Municipal Court within 3 business days of receipt of all requested information and payment. Court dates average about 30 days from the filing date.

Support at the court hearing. We will attend court with you to assist with court mediation and preparation for presenting to the judge, if required. We can attend the hearing in your absence, if you are not a local landlord or unavailable to attend, as an Authorized Representative. We are not attorneys, and can not provide legal advice.

Post court support*. We will assist with writ filings, petitions, tenant lockouts, tenant backlash, cleanouts, collecting on money judgements and finding new tenants.
